Data we collect

Through the request form we collect: name, email, phone (optional), dates and number of guests, and any information you freely add in the message. No special category data is collected.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your availability request and manage any booking. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and your consent.

Recipients of the data

The form is handled by the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our email inbox. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. The location is shown as a static image: no Google Maps content is loaded on the site. Only if you click the image are you taken to Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.

Retention

We keep the data only for as long as necessary to handle the request and any stay, and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to lorenzo.curatola95@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling or analytics cookies and does not track your browsing. There is no embedded third-party content: the map is just an image. Any Google cookies are set only if you choose to open Google Maps by clicking the image, under Google's own policy.
